Shade Black
Description
About Shade Black
Painting is a living language that is as unique to human beings as speech. It is an authentic human response to the surrounding world. I paint to remember, to point out, to celebrate, to express my love for and joy in this endlessly beautiful, fragile world – natural and man-made alike. In my work I strive to not only represent the object that moved and inspired me, but to leave room for the materials I work with – the paint itself – to be perceived as such. I want my works to look like paint applied by human hands.
