About Joshua Robinson (Wordy Robin)

Through a steady childhood diet of books, movies, and video games, Joshua S. Robinson became a lover of stories in all forms. Whether it’s prose, narrative-driven video games, or comics, he loves writing about emotionally honest characters and the little moments that make big impacts in their lives.

Robinson holds degrees in computer and electrical engineering from West Virginia University and worked as a software systems engineer for nearly 20 years. He is a West Virginia native and still lives there with his wife, Anna.

Artist Statement

I write and draw semi-autobiographical comics about life and creativity. My main focus is on writing and storytelling, and I have one self-published novel to date. With my technical background, I am also exploring multimedia projects and have collaborated on several narrative-focused video games as both a writer and developer.
