ZINE QUEEN. It’s been a joy to shared the art of self-publishing with friends across Appalachia. Zines have my whole heart because of their accessibility and innate connection to creative community. Find me in person and I’ll probably talk your ear off about how there’s nothing more punk rock than a xerox.

UNDERNAUT. Since 2021, I’ve been taking groups of intrepid explorers on artistic (imaginary) journeys to the underworld. We study glowworms, volcanos, Persephone, mushrooms, caves, growth & decay cycles, and whatever strikes our fancy. A word of warning, though: you can’t go to the underworld and remain unchanged.

DOODLER. Constantly. I can’t stop. I won’t stop. Long live the squiggle! (More seriously, I also package and sell my doodles as logo & design work for small businesses and creative endeavors…maybe yours?)

CREATIVE FACILITATOR. Highly curious + golden retriever energy = really enjoys gathering people and asking them questions. I am deeply interested in creative process, equitable practices, and building a kinder world through the role of the artist (which, according to Toni Cade Bambara, is to make the revolution irresistible).
